A nonprofit community arts council serving Currituck County's mainland, grown out of the county school system into a community organization with nearly 200 members. Hosts a gallery inside the Moyock Library, organizes free community concerts and school-based arts programming, and displays member-donated artwork at the County Commissioners' meeting room. Opened January 20, 2009.
